Nadiha is a great designer / decorator and she really helped us out remodeling our living room and dining room. She worked hard with my wife to create a new design with quality furniture, neutral but comfortable paint colors, and a flow that fits our tastes and works well for us. She was always available to exchange messages on design thoughts and furniture and went shopping with us for artwork and decorations. Our living room and dining room are just beautiful and we will continue to work with Nadiha on other room designs.  -JB

 

Wasn’t sure what to expect with my first color consultation but, it exceeded my expectations and was extremely worth the money.  Nadiha’s patience and expertise was exactly what I needed to pick room colors for my entire house. She showed me how to use the paint wheel, co-ordinate colors throughout the house ( I was thinking one room at a time) and how to use existing furnishings to compliment those colors.  Nadiha is also willing to let you do as much or as little “leg” work as you want in order to make her price meet your budget.  Her willingness to stick to my budget and re-purpose wherever possible makes me eager for the painting to be done so she can start the next phase--layouts!  I will definitely use her services again and recommend her to all my friends.  -BC

 I cannot say enough how valuable Nadiha of Statement Design Concepts was to me as I began planning my move. I had a lot of furniture and “things” and was unsure what to put in storage and what to keep to prepare the house for showing     I consulted with Statement Design Concepts to aid me in this task. It was absolutely the best decision I could have made!!!! Nadiha walked through the house and within a short time recommended what to keep and what to move to storage.      Nadiha with Statement Design Concepts did a fabulous job with staging my house. SDC was the least expensive of three quotes. I honestly think it was 24 hours after I contacted SDC that they were at my house with a team of people to move in the furniture and other pieces. Nadia totally understands design and color schemes that made my house look larger. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and professionalism. I was exhausted from all of the preparation with other aspects of getting a house ready to sell such as interior painting, carpet steam cleaning, etc. Nadia totally energized every space and pushed the the entire property to the phase that it was ready to show to prospective buyers. She and her team worked fast and efficiently in one day to complete the staging, and even sent me pics at the end of the night (as I lived out of town).
