Nadiha, the owner of Statement Design, was very helpful with redesigning our living room, dining room, and a small bathroom. She was extremely helpful and worked to understand what I wanted and was fast to learn what I wanted for these rooms and my style. With all this, Nadiha was very good at keeping her suggestions within my budget, finding alternatives that were as good or better and often at a better price.  I would highly recommend using Statement Design Concepts and contacting Nadiha for any home decorating needs. Wasn’t sure what to expect with my first color consultation but, it exceeded my expectations and was extremely worth the money.  Nadiha’s patience and expertise was exactly what I needed to pick room colors for my entire house. She showed me how to use the paint wheel, co-ordinate colors throughout the house ( I was thinking one room at a time) and how to use existing furnishings to compliment those colors.  Nadiha is also willing to let you do as much or as little “leg” work as you want in order to make her price meet your budget.  Her willingness to stick to my budget and re-purpose wherever possible makes me eager for the painting to be done so she can start the next phase--layouts!  I will definitely use her services again and recommend her to all my friends.  -BC

I had a lot of furniture and “things” and was unsure what to put in storage and what to keep to prepare the house for showing     I consulted with Statement Design Concepts to aid me in this task. I honestly think it was 24 hours after I contacted SDC that they were at my house with a team of people to move in the furniture and other pieces. Nadia totally understands design and color schemes that made my house look larger. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and professionalism. I was exhausted from all of the preparation with other aspects of getting a house ready to sell such as interior painting, carpet steam cleaning, etc. Nadia totally energized every space and pushed the entire property to the phase that it was ready to show to prospective buyers. I had a unique project where I wanted to redo my rental apartment. We are in the process of buying a new home but it is taking much longer than expected! She and her team worked fast and efficiently in one day to complete the staging, and even sent me pics at the end of the night (as I lived out of town). Nadiha was Great. I made an appointment with her for a interior design consult for my home. She arrived 2 days later exactly at the time she said she would be there. The whole process took one hour. She helped me choose a flooring style as well as flooring colors that worked best with the natural light in the rooms of my home where the flooring was going to be placed. She also helped me choose paint colors for several rooms including multiple bathrooms. She was very easy to work with. She brought color templates and photos to show different options to work with. Nadiha has a lot of fresh ideas. She offered up different kitchen cabinet ideas I could do, to freshen things up with in a budget. She also had great ideas for the railings and spindles that go up and down my stairs. She even offered up different lighting options from fixtures to just different tones of light bulb options I didn't realize existed. I am early in my process as far as getting the work completed. She graciously offered to come back when the floors and walls have been painted to re-evaluate some of the lighting and earlier décor options she recommended earlier with out a second charge to me.
She has experience in working commercial projects as well as small home projects. She is worth a consult if you are wavering on choices of what color schemes will look best before committing to pricey remodel.  -DM
